Bri + Kyle :: Indianapolis Park Tudor Wedding
Man oh man...
When you talk about a striking couple Bri + Kyle are definitely one of those couples. Bri beautiful as ever and Kyle with a sense of style that could only be rivaled by Justin Timberlake. After completing their engagement session last year in Downtown Indy I just knew they were going to be stunning as a bride and groom. And I wasn't wrong.
With their gorgeous coral-orange, white, and grey color scheme and a reception hall that is so unexpectedly beautiful Bri + Kyle had a wonderful wedding for the history books.
Bri had all of her fashion details taken care of. Including her amazing lace dress with the removable cap sleeves (for the church of course!) and these AH-MAZING blue Betsey Johnson pumps!
Can you say sparkle heel?! Yessss!
Let's not forget about how handsome and stylish Kyle looked either. This was a wedding about styyyllleeee!
I love me a good bow tie but make it a fun color and a fun pattern and you've set a photographer love affair that not many can compare! (I'm pretty sure I just rhymed there!) So when I saw that Kyle had an orange checked bow tie I was all about it.
Nothing's better than an awesome bridal party. Not all bridal parties are willing to cooperate for photos, especially in the heat. But these guys had it going on. They loved looking cool for the camera.
And these ladies rocked it out too. Especially since one of them was very pregnant! You rock on sista, rock on.
Bri's flowers were done by Deborah Summers at A Bride's Choice Florist and they were beautiful. I loved the bridemaids bouquets! Those colors... GAH! LOVE! Bri did you know that coral-orange is like one of my FAVORITE colors?! I think you did... ;)
A happy bride being escorted down the aisle by her father surrounded by dozens of onlooking friends and family? I can't think of anything much better. Just sayin'...
Bri + Kyle did a really cool thing in their ceremony called "God's Knot" where they braided three ropes together each rope symbolizing: the bride, the groom, and God. The tradition believes that in order to have a successful marriage it takes all three strands of the rope working (tied) together. Although I do not count myself as a very Christian person I can appreicate the beauty in this ceremony and how the impact of this ceremony brought Bri + Kyle closer together through their faith in God. For more information on how to incorporate a "God's Knot" ceremony in your wedding visit this informational website here.
After their lovely ceremony at the bride's church we moved over to Park Tudor for a little photo session before their reception.
Their cake was beautiful! Crafted by Tanya Marshall at Heavenly Sweets it was elegantly decorated with flowers like those in the bridesmaid's bouquet. It almost looked too good to eat... but we ate it anyway. Let's not get crazy here!
Their first dances were a wonderful moment. Bri went for a more upbeat style groovin' with her dad on the dance floor. On the otherhand Kyle had a beautiful touching moment with his mom, I'm pretty sure she cried.
After the Mother-Son and Father-Daughter dance Bri and Kyle had their first dance as a couple. Then they partied the rest of the night away. It was a fun night for all with a KILLER DJ. DJ B-Rad... seriously... he killed it. Awesome party from beginning to end!
Bri + Kyle, thank you for being as awesome as you are and allowing Matthew + I to join you on your wedding day. We really loved it and we are so glad that you've stopped "going the distance" and Kyle has moved back to Indiana to grow old with you! Congratulations!
